- 3/4 cup allulose
- 3 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and allulose; mix well.
- Melt butter with half of the chocolate chips until smooth; set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs until frothy; combine with melted butter mixture.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until thick batter forms; fold in remaining chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 14-18 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
- Cool for 20 minutes before slicing and serving.
