- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, shredded
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 lb of lean ground beef with 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, sliced green onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and sriracha (if desired).
- Once cooked through, set aside the beef mixture.
- In the same skillet, heat 1 tbsp avocado oil over medium-high heat and add 1 lb shredded Brussels sprouts seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Return the beef to the skillet and stir in 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce and juice from one lime; mix until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
