  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, shredded
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 lb of lean ground beef with 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, sliced green onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and sriracha (if desired).
  2. Once cooked through, set aside the beef mixture.
  3. In the same skillet, heat 1 tbsp avocado oil over medium-high heat and add 1 lb shredded Brussels sprouts seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  4. Return the beef to the skillet and stir in 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce and juice from one lime; mix until heated through.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
