- 2/3 cup Baileys Irish Cream, divided
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions, then mix in 1/2 cup of Baileys Irish Cream and fold in the chopped Oreos.
- Make the chocolate pudding as per package directions and stir in the remaining 1/2 cup of Baileys Irish Cream.
- Transfer each pudding mixture into separate pastry bags for easy layering.
- Layer the molds starting with vanilla pudding followed by chocolate pudding, inserting popsicle sticks in each mold.
- Freeze for 6-8 hours until solid.
- When ready to serve, run hot water over the molds briefly to release popsicles.
