Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix diced apples with milk, oil (or applesauce), and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Grease a 9×5 inch baking pan and pour in the batter.
- Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Allow cooling before slicing for the best texture.
