- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (for frosting)

- 1 cup blueberries
- 3 cups raspberries
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet (9×13 inches) with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and brown sugar. Mix in softened butter until you achieve a dough consistency.
- Spread the dough evenly in the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow it to cool completely.
- For the frosting, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth, then gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting over the cooled cookie base.
- Decorate with blueberries in one corner for stars and raspberries in rows for stripes. Add white chocolate chips as desired.
