Instructions
- Slice the onion into thin rings.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with a beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each onion ring in flour, dip in the egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
- Arrange the coated onion rings in a single layer and air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
