- 2 standard bagels (or 4 mini bagels)
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- 3 tablespoons pizza sauce
- ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 370℉ (180℃).
- Brush bagel halves with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder and oregano on each half.
- Place the bagel halves in the air fryer and cook for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from air fryer, spread pizza sauce on each half, top with mozzarella, Parmesan (if using), and desired toppings.
- Return to air fryer and cook for another 4 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 1-2 minutes before serving.
