Instructions
- In a medium bowl or jar, combine olive oil, lime zest and juice, garlic, agave nectar, ancho chile powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk or shake well until the mixture is smooth.
- Use immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to five days.
- Pour over your choice of meat or veggies and marinate in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours before cooking.
